Vazcooez LLC (“Vazcooez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the withallo phone service (“withallo” or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use withallo, including our application, website, and any related features or communications.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account
• Billing and payment information (processed securely through our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications you send through the Service, including call content where legally required to be retained
• Support requests, feedback, and correspondence with us

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Call metadata: originating and destination numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call status
• Message metadata: sender, recipient, delivery status, and timestamps
• Device identifiers, operating system version, and app version
• IP address, general location derived from IP, and network carrier
• Usage logs: features accessed, session length, and error events
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies on our web properties (see Section 8)

2.3 Information from third parties

• Identity verification data from fraud-prevention providers
• Number portability information from your previous carrier when you transfer a number to withallo
• Public records used to comply with regulatory requirements

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provision, operate, and maintain the withallo Service
• Process your calls, messages, and transactions
• Authenticate your identity and prevent unauthorized access
• Bill you accurately and process payments
• Respond to your support requests and questions

• Send you promotional communications, where you have opted in and subject to your ability to opt out at any time
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful government requests, including those from the FCC and state telecommunications authorities
• Improve and develop the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service providers

We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service, including telephony carriers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, fraud-detection services, and customer-support platforms. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security.

4.2 Legal and regulatory requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or government authority. As a telecommunications provider, we are subject to Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) requirements and may be required to assist law enforcement with lawful intercept requests.

4.3 Emergency services

We transmit your registered address and callback number to 911 emergency responders when you place an emergency call. Keeping your address current in account settings is your responsibility.

4.4 Business transfers

If Vazcooez LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

4.5 Mobile information

Mobile information, including your phone number, SMS/MMS message content, and mobile device identifiers, will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This information is used solely to provide and operate the withallo Service. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

4.6 With your consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit permission to do so.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow you to reactivate, or as required by law. Call detail records and message metadata are retained for a minimum of 18 months to comply with regulatory requirements. Billing records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7). Certain data may be retained after deletion requests where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and legal defense.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls limited to personnel with a business need, and regular security assessments. No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

withallo is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
