Why we exist

Most working days are made up of small frictions: the inbox that no one owns, the workaround that became permanent, the tool that asks for clicks it shouldn’t need. Each one is small. Together, they take the day.

Vazcooez is a small software engineering company. We build calm tools that quietly remove those frictions — then get out of the way.

How we work

We use modern AI throughout our build process, including Claude. That is what lets us ship a product from idea to deployment in roughly two weeks, with the same craft a larger team would take a quarter to deliver.

We don’t ship for the sake of shipping. Every product is tested against a short list of words we don’t want anywhere near your day:

What we’re building

Our first product, Xinbox, lets you describe each Slack channel in plain English and uses AI to route every incoming email to the right one — so teams stop triaging and start replying.
